Our practice

Lambent Foundation awards grants to artist-centered organizations to promote sustainable artistic and cultural practices in New York City, New Orleans and Nairobi. Through our grantmaking, which is primarily general operating as well as project specific, we explore arts and culture at the intersection of social justice. We believe in supporting risk-taking, innovation and social-political strategies that confront our society.

Due to our limited capacity Lambent contributes to pre-selected organizations only, we do not accept unsolicited proposals.
